Free Fire Account Recovery Request After Losing Linked Email

My Free Fire account stopped logging in and I lost access to it around 2021, around the same time I changed my phone. Since then, I have not been able to access the account again. I play from Colombia, Antioquia, and I still remember my player name, ID, level, and that my rank on the account was Bronze. The last purchase I made on that account was approximately five years ago, shortly before I lost access. I no longer have access to the email address that was originally linked to the account, so I am unable to recover it through the usual methods. I also do not know how to contact support directly, which is why I am asking for help through this complaint so that my case can be reviewed. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be recovered and that the old email linked to it be removed, so the account can be securely linked to a new email address that I currently use. I am ready to provide my player name, ID, and any other necessary information to verify ownership and regain access to my account.
