EA Fails to Respond After FC Mobile Account Ban

My FC Mobile game account on the Android platform was suspended without any stated reason, and I am currently unable to log into the game. On December 18, 2025, around 6:00 p.m., I was actively playing the game. I did not use any cheats, violate any rules, or engage in any inappropriate behavior. Despite this, when I try to log in, I receive a notification stating that my account has been suspended.

The name of my in-game account is “amedspor” (written with stylized characters), and the email address linked to my account is f**********@gmail.com**. After the suspension, I submitted a request to EA Support, but I have not received any response so far.

Because I did not commit any rule violations, I believe this suspension was applied by mistake. I am requesting that my account be reviewed in detail, that the unjust suspension be lifted, and that I be allowed to access the game again.
