I play Brawl Stars on my iPhone 11, and about 1–2 days ago my account was suddenly locked with a message saying, “Your account has been locked for security reasons.” Since then, I have not been able to access my account at all. I have never experienced a problem like this before. Over time, I have spent around 500₺ on my account, and there is no customer or player ID currently visible. My last in-game purchase was about one or two months ago.
Right now, I am in Antalya, and every time I try to log in, I encounter the exact same error message. I have tried multiple times with no success, and the lock remains active. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially after the time and money I have invested in the game.
I am requesting that Supercell immediately unlock my account and restore my access so that my time, effort, and financial investment are not wasted. This issue needs to be resolved promptly.
