I Face Yalla App Refund Delay and Account Suspension After Purchase

On September 12, 2025, I purchased a coin package in the Yalla app through Google Play. I accidentally made this purchase and immediately requested a refund, which was approved by Google Play. However, even after 12 days, no refund has been issued to my bank card.

Additionally, during this period, my Yalla account was suspended, and I can no longer access the app. I tried contacting customer service but couldn’t reach anyone through any available channels. My order number is gpa.3381-9119-3448-63849.

I request that my refund be processed immediately and that the issues with my suspended account be resolved as soon as possible.
