I Demand Yalla 101 Reverse Ban Based on False Complaints

Playing Yalla 101 Okey on Android, I was suddenly banned just a few minutes ago — less than 15 minutes had even passed — with no warning at all. I can't get into the game, and I can't speak or type either. I had two accounts registered under my name, and both were shut down at the same time. One account is named "Ramo," and the other has an index finger emoji instead of a name.
I don't understand why both of my accounts were shut down at once, given that I haven't engaged in any cursing, insults, cheating, advertising, or similar negative behavior in the game. It seems like the system is acting on baseless complaints from a few inconsiderate players, and this is genuinely causing me harm. It's not fair for accounts that follow the rules to get banned while the players actually causing problems, acting in bad faith, are left alone.
I've experienced something similar before — after writing about it on Şikayetvar, my account was reopened. In the same way, I want a thorough investigation carried out this time as well, and I want both of my accounts reactivated, especially the one named "Ramo." I'm requesting that whatever reason led to this shutdown be carefully reviewed, and that this unfairly issued ban be lifted.
