Yahoo Mail Not Restoring Account After Promised Reopening
My Yahoo Mail account, which I created about a year ago and use from India, was suddenly restricted on April 18 without any explanation. I was initially told that my account would be reopened on Saturday, but it has remained inaccessible with no further updates or clarification.
Because I urgently needed access, I created a new Yahoo Mail account. However, this new account was also immediately restricted without any clear reason. I have not been able to contact Yahoo support or receive any guidance, which has made the situation extremely frustrating.
I rely on my Yahoo Mail account to manage a family group and organize weekly events with many participants. These unexpected restrictions are directly disrupting my communication and regular activities. The lack of response and transparency makes it feel like user concerns are not being taken seriously.
I request that Yahoo urgently investigate and resolve my account access issues. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of why both of my accounts were restricted. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to switch to another platform and move all my contacts. I ask Yahoo to address this matter seriously, restore my access, and provide transparent communication.
