Lost Access to My Yahoo Mail
My mother received a message from an account named "m***" on her Instagram, causing her to panic. In an attempt to investigate, I clicked on the link in the message, only to have my own Instagram account, "b***," along with my associated email "m***@yahoo.com," hijacked. I've filed a complaint against the suspected perpetrator, but I urgently request Instagram to either close the compromised account or return it to me. Additionally, I ask Yahoo to disable the associated email address. I want to emphasize that I am not responsible for the actions taken on these accounts. Urgently seeking resolution.
