Instagram Account Recovery Problem

My Instagram account has been hacked. I reported this to Instagram via email, but they have yet to take any measures or provide me with feedback. I have filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office against the individuals responsible for hacking my Instagram account. I have also warned friends and family through my social media accounts. It is crucial for Instagram officials to take urgent security measures to prevent further harm and mitigate my losses, both financial and emotional. Instagram will be held accountable for any damages incurred.
