Unauthorized Xsolla Charges Appeared for Dawn of Zombies Purchases
Unauthorized charges were made to my credit card through Xsolla in connection with the game Dawn of Zombies. On August 22, 2026, at approximately 11:10 PM, I noticed in my bank transaction history that my card had been charged twice for $3 each. I did not authorize these transactions and did not make any purchases related to this game.
At this point, I have not yet started a formal dispute with either Xsolla or my bank, but I am considering doing so given the seriousness of the situation. I am concerned about the security of my credit card and personal information, and I want to understand how these transactions were processed.
I request that these two unauthorized payments be canceled and that the total amount of approximately $7 be fully refunded to me. I also ask that the necessary security checks be performed to ensure that no further unauthorized transactions can be made using my account or credit card, and that I be provided with a detailed explanation regarding these transactions.
