I attempted to deposit 8,000 Rs into my XM trading account on 27 February 2026 via PhonePe, but the money has not been credited to my account. During the deposit process, the UTR number was entered incorrectly, and as a result the transaction appears to be stuck even though the amount has been debited from my side. I contacted XM via email about this issue but have not received any response so far, and the money has been missing from my trading account since the date of the deposit. I am unable to use these funds for trading and this is causing me both financial and practical difficulty. In this situation, I request that the 8,000 Rs either be refunded back to my original PhonePe payment method or correctly deposited into my XM trading account as soon as possible, along with a clear confirmation of the action taken.
