XM Global Won't Refund The Money, My E-mails Go Unanswered




I deposited 1 month ago. My account was not charged. I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] (Mr. T******) to refund my money, they never got back to me. I emailed to [email protected] and they asked for my proof of payment. I sent them what they requested. They told me that they have forwarded it to the relevant department and they will refund my money within 48 hours at most. But they have not refund my money so far. I have emailed them many times but unfortunately they won't tell me why and won't give me any information. I expect a convincing answer from Xm Global and want them to refund my money.
In such cases, the Broker is known as Good or Bad.
