Today, I had the opportunity to attend a concert and record videos with my new Xiaomi 11 Pro smartphone. I was shocked, however, when I listened to the recorded audio at home. I hadn't had the chance to thoroughly examine the phone before, and I wished I had done so sooner. The audio quality was terrible, and I've never heard such a distorted and crackling speaker sound on any phone I've ever owned. I discovered that many users were complaining about the same muffled and crackling sound problem when I searched online for sound issues related to this brand. I wish I had found these reviews sooner; I would never have bought this phone at such a high price with such obvious quality issues. This appears to be a manufacturing flaw, and I anticipate a quick resolution. If not, I'll be forced to take the case to the Consumer Arbitration Board, with evidence and audio recordings to back me up. I simply cannot continue to use a phone with such poor audio quality.
