Redmi Buds 3 Pro Right Earbud Malfunction

The right earbud of my Redmi Buds 3 Pro is not producing any sound. Whenever I adjust the earbud, the sound intermittently fades in and out. I've taken it to the service center twice, but they couldn't identify any problems. Nevertheless, the issue continues to persist, just like it did prior to being sent for repair. I've tried resetting the earbuds multiple times, but I'm still experiencing issues with the right earbud either having no sound or significantly lower volume even when the volume is at maximum. I prefer not to have the product repaired once more as the problem seems to be unfixable in the long run. I request a replacement with a new item.
