I’m using a Poco X6 Pro and constantly struggle with network signal problems. The phone frequently loses connection, and I can’t make or receive calls reliably. At first, I assumed the issue was with my mobile carrier, but after contacting them, they confirmed there’s nothing wrong with my SIM card or network coverage. They suggested I have the device itself checked, which points to a potential hardware or software issue with the phone.
This is extremely frustrating, especially on a brand-new device that should be performing flawlessly. I’ve tried resetting network settings, switching SIM slots, and even using a different SIM card — but the problem still persists.
Poco, I expect a quick and permanent fix. I paid for this phone expecting dependable performance, not constant signal drops. If this is a known issue, you need to provide a firmware update or offer users proper support. I’m calling on Poco to take responsibility and resolve this immediately. Users shouldn’t have to troubleshoot core functionality on their own.
