Xdcbit Freezes 2,098 USDT Withdrawal and Blocks Wallet Access
On March 24, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of 2,098 USDT from my wallet on the Xdcbit platform. After submitting the request, my funds were frozen, the withdrawal was not processed, and my balance became inaccessible.
When I contacted Xdcbit customer support regarding this issue, I was informed that both withdrawal and deposit transactions had been suspended. However, no detailed explanation was provided, and no concrete steps were taken to resolve my situation.
Since March 18, my funds have effectively been unusable, and as of today, the Xdcbit application has been completely shut down. Despite this, I still cannot access the 2,098 USDT balance visible in my wallet.
I request that Xdcbit provide a clear and transparent explanation as to why my withdrawal was frozen and that the full amount of 2,098 USDT in my wallet be immediately released and paid to me.
