Can't Access My XDCBIT Wallet

I have been unable to log in to my XDCBIT wallet mobile app since 06 April 2026. Each time I try to access my account, the app simply does not open the page, so I cannot reach my profile or any part of the platform. Because the app never opens, I am also unable to access XDCBIT customer support through my account. I currently have approximately 2,500 US dollars in my wallet that I cannot reach due to this login problem, which is causing me serious concern. I have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the app, trying on a different phone, resetting my password, and attempting to log in via mobile browser instead of the app, but the problem still persists, and the page does not open. I urgently request that my access problem be resolved without any further delay and that I be allowed to securely log in to my account so I can withdraw my funds as soon as possible.



Did you get any response? I've had this application installed since November 2025, and I've been trying to withdraw my investment (around €1000). I've never been able to... I contacted customer support several times, and the responses I got were that it was under review, that I had to be patient, that many people were trying to withdraw funds, which is why it was taking so long, but not to worry, that the funds would be released. Almost 7 months later, I still can't, and today when I tried to access the application, it's completely changed; only the application icon remains the same (XDCBIT). When I enter, it's a site called name.com... I contacted support, and they indicated it's a domain name website and that they have nothing to do with XDCBIT, nor do they know what it is... Does your application still work?
