I am writing to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal from my trading wallet on the XDCBIT platform that has been stuck under review. On March 22, I requested a withdrawal of $8,000 from my XDCBIT trading wallet to my MEXC wallet in Libya, but the transaction status is still showing as “under review,” and the funds have not been released.
I contacted XDCBIT customer service about this issue, but my withdrawal has not been approved, and my balance remains locked in review status. Despite my attempts to resolve this, I have not received any clear explanation or timeline for when the withdrawal will be processed.
This situation is very concerning, as it involves a significant amount of money and prolonged uncertainty. I request that my $8,000 withdrawal be approved and completed immediately.
