I am using the Xdcbit platform from Syria, and since March 18, I have not been able to withdraw my cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals for my coin have been stopped, and although my account still shows a balance of $2,106, I am unable to access my funds.
Every time I contact Xdcbit support, I only receive a response stating that withdrawals and deposits are suspended, without any clear explanation of why this is happening or when it will be resolved.
My funds have now been blocked for a significant period of time, and I am unable to use or transfer them in any way.
I request that withdrawals be immediately re-enabled on my account and that I be allowed to withdraw my full balance of $2,106 without any further delay.
I was using the Optcoin platform from Syria and had two accounts on it. On December 17, the platform suddenly disappeared and withdrawals stopped, preventing me from accessing my funds.
