I had been trading on the XDCBIT platform until my account was suddenly blocked in December last year. Since then, for about four months now, I have had no access to my funds and I am unable to make any withdrawals. There is a balance of 1,994 USDT in my XDCBIT account that I cannot withdraw. When I contacted XDCBIT customer support, I was informed that due to operational licences and qualifications, XDCBIT has suspended all trading functions in order to protect the rights and interests of all parties. However, despite this explanation, my account remains blocked and I still cannot access or withdraw my own money. I find it unacceptable that such a long period has passed without a practical solution, while my funds remain locked. I kindly request that XDCBIT immediately unblock my account and allow me to withdraw the full amount of 1,994 USDT without further delay, or provide a clear and concrete solution so that I can recover my money.
