Unauthorized Google WPS Office Charge Withdrawn From Yapı Kredi Bank Account

At around 11:50 AM today, $40 was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi Bank debit card account without my knowledge or consent. In my account activity, this transaction appears as "epos Google *WPS Office." I definitely did not make this purchase, nor have I shared my card details with anyone.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I called customer service, but I was told "there is nothing we can do." No notification was provided via SMS or phone call, and 1,500 TL—my livelihood—was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. My sibling is ill, my financial situation is extremely tight, and I have no other funds available to use.

I demand an urgent investigation into this unauthorized transaction, the prompt cancellation and refund of the charge, and a resolution to my distress. Furthermore, I request a clear, written explanation detailing how this security vulnerability occurred.
