On December 30, 2025, at around 10:55 a.m., an unauthorized transaction of $53 was made by Finda.net using my Yapı Kredi Bank debit card, and the amount was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. During this transaction, I did not receive any confirmation SMS or similar verification, and the charge occurred entirely without my awareness.
Because of this unauthorized withdrawal, I have suffered financial harm and have also become seriously concerned about the security of my account. Despite attempting to contact both my bank and Finda.net, I have not received any concrete solution so far.
I request that the unauthorized $53 be refunded to me, and that all necessary security checks be thoroughly reviewed on my account to ensure that this type of incident does not happen again.
