Woofz won’t let me cancel—how can I stop future charges?

If Woofz won’t let you cancel, first identify where you subscribed. For a website subscription, log in to your Woofz Web Profile, open Subscriptions, and select Turn off auto-renewal; Woofz also accepts cancellation requests through its contact form.

For an Apple or Google Play subscription, cancel it directly through your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings.

If the cancellation option is missing or the website/app does not work, contact Woofz at [email protected] and explicitly request cancellation of auto-renewal, keeping the confirmation as proof.
