• Provide your account email/username, subscription or purchase details, payment date/amount, and screenshots showing missing or incomplete services
Ask them to;
• Explain why the promised services were not provided
• Deliver the missing services immediately or cancel the subscription
• Issue a full or partial refund for services not delivered
