Wise Closed My Account With €13,976 and Other Balances on August 6 and Has Not Refunded

On August 6, 2025, my Wise account was closed. The balances in my account—€13,976, 221,798 HUF, ₺500, and $1—have not been refunded to this day. I contacted Wise customer service, and they requested my account details for the refund process, which I provided. However, after that step, I received no further response, and my money has still not been returned. I was managing my account from Hungary, and the total amount awaiting refund is entirely my personal savings. My membership number is P38221388. I demand that Wise refund my money in full to me as soon as possible. If my funds are not refunded, I will proceed with the necessary legal action and file a complaint with the police.
