Wise Debit Card Charged €29.88 by NXChamspy W Without Authorization

On 11 September 2026 an amount of €29.88 was taken from my Wise debit card with transaction ID 4316114257 in favour of “NXChamspy W”. I have never registered for, used or knowingly approved any product or service from this company, so this is an unauthorised deduction from my account. After noticing the charge, I contacted the company in writing, but the response I received was that they “don’t know”, and no clear information or solution was provided. This situation is both worrying and unacceptable, as a payment has been taken without my consent and without a proper explanation. I request the full refund of the €29.88 to my Wise account and, if there is any account or record created in my name or with my card details in your systems, I want it to be permanently closed and deleted. I also expect a clear written explanation of how this transaction was made without my authorisation and confirmation that my card and personal data will not be used again.
