Wise Closed My Account and Hasn’t Refunded €3220
On January 8, 2025, Wise abruptly closed my account, which held a balance of €3220. I immediately requested a refund to the designated account they asked for, but I still haven’t received the money. Although I was informed that the refund would take 2–5 business days, three business days have already passed, and I cannot afford to wait any longer.
I have urgent payments to make, and the lack of communication from Wise is extremely frustrating. I need my funds returned immediately, as this delay is causing significant financial strain. Wise, please resolve this issue promptly and provide an update on my refund status without further delay.
When I log into my Wise account, they say they have refunded it. I really want an urgent solution to this; it has been 5 business days and I have pending payments.
A few days ago, I sent an email that they could access. They asked for details of another bank from me, and now the money has been deposited into my account.
