Wise Closed My Account for Security Reasons and Blocked Access to ₺600 Balance

Today my Wise account was closed for security reasons, and I had a balance of approximately ₺600 in it. When I contacted Wise customer service regarding the account closure, I was only told that it was closed due to security reasons, without being given any timeframe. At the moment, I cannot access the money in my account and have not received clear information about its refund. I request that my money be refunded to me as soon as possible.
