Wio Bank Closed My Account and Is Holding AED 34,770

My name is Mohamed Ibrahim Ahmed Aly Elebi** and I hold Emirates ID issued in the UAE. I had an AED account number 6401999853 with Wio Bank PJSC. On 27 October my Wio application was suspended and my account was closed. I received from you an account closure letter and bank statements, and there is an unclaimed balance of 34,770 AED remaining in this closed account. I am currently outside the UAE on my annual vacation and I cannot access the Wio app or visit a branch. Because of this situation, I urgently need to receive my remaining funds but I have not been given a clear and practical way to collect this balance from abroad. I kindly request that Wio Bank urgently transfers the full remaining amount of 34,770 AED from my closed account number 6401999853 to my FAB bank account IBAN: AE630351821006895746002, or offers a fast alternative solution so I can receive this money without having to be physically present in the UAE. I ask you to treat this as a matter of urgency and inform me clearly, in writing, of the exact steps and documents required so that I can collect my funds as soon as possible.
