My Deposit Not Received

I made a deposit of ₹14,500 to my Tashanwin account (UID 5839***) on 30/05/2026 at around 10:05 via Yayapay from my HDFC Bank account. The payment was successfully debited from my bank, and the transaction reference number is 307065452735, but the amount has still not been credited to my Tashanwin account. Since the money has been deducted but not reflected in my Tashanwin balance, I am facing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I request that this ₹14,500 deposit be either immediately credited to my Tashanwin account or refunded back to my HDFC Bank account as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to check this transaction urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest.
