I am writing to report that I am unable to withdraw my winnings from the betting platform Winslot 777 / Xslot777. Although I have a winning balance in my account, my withdrawal requests are blocked and I cannot access my own funds. I kindly and clearly request that my blocked funds be released immediately so that I can withdraw my money or, if I choose, continue playing with it without these artificial limitations. I want to receive my withdrawal as soon as possible, so I also ask that you process my withdrawal quickly and inform me when I can expect to receive my money. I expect my balance to be fully available for withdrawal without being forced to make additional deposits or further VIP upgrades.
