Wingie Withheld 498.77 SAR After I Canceled a Flexible Saudia Ticket

I am filing an urgent complaint regarding an incorrect and excessively high refund deduction applied after the cancellation of an international Saudia flight from Riyadh (RUH) to Manila (MNL). I specifically purchased a Flex Eco (Flexible Economy) ticket because it offered cancellation flexibility and more favorable refund conditions. Despite this, Wingie withheld 498.77 SAR from my refund following a voluntary cancellation.

Refusing to provide an itemized explanation of withheld customer funds is inconsistent with basic standards of transparency and fair e-commerce practices. I therefore demand a complete and itemized receipt explaining exactly how the 498.77 SAR deduction was determined.
