Wingie charged my card but never sent my ticket, how can I get my booking confirmed?

If Wingie charged your card but you didn’t receive a ticket, follow these steps to confirm your booking:

Check your email carefully;

• Look for a booking confirmation or e-ticket email
• Check Spam / Junk folders as well
• The confirmation email usually contains your PNR (reservation code) and flight details

Check your booking on Wingie;

• Go to the PNR search / My Bookings page
• Enter your PNR code and surname to see the reservation details.

If you never received a PNR or confirmation, the booking might not have been completed.

Verify the payment status;

• Sometimes banks place a temporary hold on the ticket amount if the booking fails or is not finalized.
• Check whether the charge is pending or fully processed in your bank account.
