I play on server 4053 in Whiteout Survival, and since the very first day the server opened, we have consistently been matched with much older and significantly stronger states in events. Especially in cross-state events, despite the huge gaps in power levels, the system continues to match us in the same unfair way.
Players in this game spend a considerable amount of money, yet a fair gaming experience is not being provided. With such an imbalance in power, there is no real competition, and it becomes impossible to enjoy the events. Since we are constantly matched against states that are far stronger than us, our chances of winning are almost nonexistent.
We have contacted live support multiple times. Each time, they said they would look into the issue and escalate it, but no concrete solution has been provided, and the matchmaking continues unchanged. While the system is quick to collect money from players, there is no visible effort to ensure a fair gameplay environment, which leaves us feeling seriously disadvantaged.
I request that Whiteout Survival management review the matchmaking system urgently and ensure that server 4053 is matched with states of similar strength. Without fair competition, players who invest time and money into the game will continue to experience frustration and dissatisfaction.
