I Face Whiteout Survival Blocking My Access Due To Google Play Refund Error

I play Whiteout Survival on the Android platform. On August 17, 2025, a purchase worth approximately ₺2,300 was made from my credit card without my knowledge for an in-game package, and a refund process was initiated afterward. Following this refund, my account (ID: 5073*47)** was restricted, and I lost access to the game.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that the restriction was imposed by Google Play due to the refunded package and that they had no control over it. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation, and the refund was made completely without my authorization. I’m requesting that my account restriction be lifted immediately. If that is not possible, I demand that all payments I’ve made for in-game purchases be fully refunded.

Additionally, as shown in the attached screenshots, my account received multiple consecutive warning messages. These actions happened while I was asleep, and when I noticed it in the morning, I immediately tried to resolve the issue, yet my account was still restricted. I was told that the restriction would remain until the refunded packages were repurchased, which is unacceptable — especially since the issue was not caused by me.

Because of this restriction, I’ve missed important events and fallen behind other players in competitive gameplay. I demand that this issue be resolved urgently. If my account remains restricted, I request a full refund for all the packages I’ve ever purchased in the game. If my request is ignored, I intend to pursue this matter legally.
