When WhatsApp is Closed, neither Sound nor Vibration are Functional

I updated to iOS 17 on September 18th, but I encountered a few issues with WhatsApp. When a message arrives, the vibration doesn't work, and when I tap on status updates, the preview doesn't work. I didn't have such issues in iOS 16. I'm not sure if there are any other problems, maybe a thorough check from the start could identify more issues. By vibration, I mean that notifications within the app trigger vibration, but there's no vibration alert for notifications when the app is closed, meaning notification vibration doesn't work. Hopefully, I've been able to explain the problem. Today, in a very quiet environment, I experienced a very faint click-like vibration when a message arrived in the app. I wanted to report this to the WhatsApp team because the program doesn't run stably on iOS 17. Please be aware of this issue. I request an immediate fix for this problem as the WhatsApp team does not seem to be addressing it.
