WhatsApp First Notification Sound Does Not Work

I am a Xiaomi 13t user. The first message received on WhatsApp has no sound and vibration. The second message immediately afterward has sound and vibration. If the second message does not arrive, the notification goes unnoticed because the first message has no sound, and this problem is very annoying in business life. The phone manufacturer cannot intervene because it is third-party software. WhatsApp officials cannot solve this problem every time; in fact, this problem has been occurring for 4-5 years, and they still cannot address it with the same copy-and-paste responses. This issue, which does not exist in the iOS operating system, occurs on Android, and they cannot find a solution. I want a correction to be made on this issue now.
