Milestone Tire Started Losing Air Shortly After Installation

On May 17, 2026, I purchased four Milestone tires in size 195/65 R15 through Epttavm and had them installed on my vehicle before traveling to Adana for a holiday. Shortly after starting my trip, I noticed that one of the tires was continuously losing air. When I visited a tire shop in Adana, I was told that the tire was leaking air from the sidewall, which could indicate a manufacturing defect.

When I contacted Epttavm after returning from my trip to request a return or replacement, I was told that I could not return the tire because more than 14 days had passed. However, I encountered this problem immediately after having the tire installed, and I believe the issue was caused by a defect in the product rather than anything I did as a user.

I request that the defective tire be replaced or, if a replacement is not possible, that the purchase price of the defective tire be refunded to me. My order number is PTT-2ALHA0E1D-170526.
