WhatsApp Stuck on “Connecting” During Setup After Update on Samsung S23+

For the past five days, I have been unable to complete the setup of WhatsApp on my Samsung S23+ after updating the app. When I reach the profile step, the screen only shows “Connecting” and the installation never finishes. I have already tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and using both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, but none of these attempts solved the problem. I contacted WhatsApp customer service, but only received an automated response that did not help. All other apps on my phone work without any connection issues, and my Samsung and Google accounts function normally. I also do not use two-step verification or any additional security settings on WhatsApp. I request technical support and a proper solution from Samsung to fix this setup problem so I can use WhatsApp again on my device.
