We are experiencing a persistent issue while attempting to install WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business on an iPhone 7 (32GB). After entering our phone number and completing the verification process with the received code, the setup appears to complete, but the application becomes stuck on a blank white screen and does not proceed further. The following troubleshooting steps have already been attempted without success: • Forced restart of the device • Powering off the device, waiting 30 seconds, and turning it back on • Performing a full factory reset • Deleting and reinstalling the application
Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. WhatsApp does not load and remains on a white screen, rendering it completely unusable. Apple Support has confirmed that the problem is not related to the device or iOS, and has advised contacting the app developer directly. However, no resolution has been provided so far.
