Unsettling WhatsApp Message from Abroad

On WhatsApp, I received a message from an international number, 62-831-2529-8609, asking, "Where are you?" I immediately blocked the phone number and did not respond. I am extremely concerned and have filed a formal complaint. I want to be clear that I am not responsible for any unauthorized access to my account information, use of my phone number, dissemination of WhatsApp data, or potential financial transactions in my name. I categorically deny any involvement in these actions and refuse to accept responsibility for them. WhatsApp bears sole responsibility for the security and privacy of its users' accounts. This incident has made me concerned about the security of my personal information stored on WhatsApp.
