Unauthorized WhatsApp Phone Call From Abroad

I want to file a formal complaint about a voice call I got from someone in another country on WhatsApp. The call came from overseas. My primary concern is with regard to the safety of the information that is associated with my account. I would like to make it abundantly clear that I will not be held responsible in the event that the details of my account are stolen or if any unauthorized charges are made in my name. I hereby declare that I am not responsible for any activities or transactions that are carried out using my phone number. WhatsApp is the only company that can be held accountable for the current predicament.
