After researching online, I discovered that this code belongs to Cameroon. I have no personal or business connections with this country, and I find it highly disturbing to receive such a call without any prior interaction or consent.

Immediately after the incident, I blocked the number to prevent further contact. However, I remain extremely concerned about the potential misuse of my phone number and personal data.
