Huawei MatePad 11.5 WhatsApp Stickers Loading Error

Hello, good evening! I use the Huawei MatePad 11.5 tablet. I'm having trouble getting the stickers I downloaded for WhatsApp to load into the 'My Stickers' section. Initially, it requested for an update. Then I was unable to locate it. I attempted to perform an update using the website, but unfortunately, it was not compatible with my device. Afterwards, the stickers that were downloaded are not loading as depicted in the photo below. I need assistance, despite the fact that the version should be elevated.
