I am using a Tecno Spark 10 Pro, but I cannot access WhatsApp chat themes, even though many other users can. My phone is running the latest software version, and I have updated WhatsApp to the most recent release, yet the feature is still missing.
Why is this happening? Is WhatsApp not supporting this feature on Tecno devices? I need a clear explanation and a solution to enable chat themes on my device.
