Western Union Delayed Bank Transfer

I received money from Western Union, but I couldn't withdraw it from the bank as it hadn't reached there. When I contacted Western Union, they informed me that the money had been transferred to the bank by them and the issue was with my bank. However, a file was opened for the unwithdrawn money, and they stated that the issue would be resolved within 25 days, revealing the fate of the money. What if I had an urgent need for this money? It's quite remarkable that it takes them 25 days to figure out where the money is in their entire system.
