Loriss Failed to Deliver Boots and Did Not Refund My Money

In October 2025, I placed an order with Loriss for a total of 15 boxes of boots and paid 2,020 € via Western Union. However, only part of the products were delivered; the remaining boxes were never sent despite the passing months, and I was constantly stalled with different excuses. Throughout the process, I mainly communicated with a person named Mahmut E*** via WhatsApp. At first, he told me that the remaining amount of 1,200 € would be refunded for the undelivered products, but later he started to come up with various untrue explanations and excuses. After that, we agreed again that the missing products would be shipped instead of a refund. I was told that the products had been dispatched and I was given a cargo tracking number, but then I found out that the shipment had been withdrawn from the cargo. In addition, a third person with the initials O.K. was introduced to me as a kind of “transporter” or carrier, but later I realized that this person was actually a friend of theirs, not an independent shipping company. During the entire process, I was repeatedly misinformed, different people were involved, and none of the promises made to me were kept. I have payment receipts, WhatsApp conversations, screenshots, tracking numbers, and all documents proving the entire process. I am sharing this complaint both to warn other people and to demand a resolution regarding the products that were never shipped and the 1,200 € that has not been refunded.

A portion of my order was delivered, but the remaining 15 boxes of shoes and the €1,200 refund were never sent. I communicated with M*** E*** and O*** K***. via WhatsApp, but the tracking number that was provided was later canceled, and the promised shipments never took place. At this point, I am requesting a full refund.
