My Package Lost - My Shipment Disappeared
On 13.11.2025, my shipment with tracking number 12013310152240 appeared as “loaded onto the vehicle” at the Maltepe transfer center, but just like what happened to me before, my package went missing. This is the second lost shipment I have experienced with Sürat Kargo. For the previous lost package, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee; for this shipment, I filed complaints with both the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. The package contained a pair of green boots worth ₺1000. The sender is M*** A***, and the shipment was made through the Dolap application. I personally went to the Kozyatağı branch in addition to the Maltepe transfer center, but no solution was offered. I also contacted Sürat Kargo customer service, and they said there was nothing they could do except take action for delivery. However, I am certain the package was received, and no progress has been made. To avoid further harm, I request reimbursement of the value of my missing shipment.
