Weplay Wrongfully Suspended My Account Without Clear Reason or Explanation
On September 13, 2025, my actively used Weplay account (ID: 61700257, username: öykü– ༒︎öykü) was suddenly suspended without any concrete explanation. The app only displayed a vague message claiming “behavior not in compliance with app rules,” but no details were provided about what action supposedly violated the rules. I have contacted the support team many times, yet every response I received was generic and automatic, offering no real explanation, and even when I reached out via email at s****@wejoysg.com**, I received no helpful reply. I am certain that I did not commit any rule violations, as my activity was limited to respectful conversations with my friends, and yet my account was unfairly restricted. To make matters worse, three of my other accounts also received long-term bans, which has cut me off from my social circle, upset my friends, and caused me to lose the gold I had worked hard to collect in-game. This has created unnecessary emotional distress and frustration, and I find the lack of transparency completely unacceptable. I am requesting a clear explanation for why my account was suspended and for my access to be restored immediately; otherwise, I will be forced to consider taking legal action, because players deserve fairness, respect, and accountability—not vague accusations and silence.
