WePlay Wrongfully Banned My Account While Ignoring Abusive Players

I was unfairly banned from the WePlay app, and my account ID is 600455592. During the incident, I did not insult anyone; I only defended myself. Despite this, I was the one who received the penalty, while the other party—who used constant insults and offensive language—was not punished at all.

I sent multiple feedback reports through the app, but I never received a single reply. The lack of response to user complaints clearly shows how unresponsive and careless WePlay has become as a platform. What makes the situation worse is that many underage players actively ruin the game environment by using profanity and harassment, yet the system seems to protect them while punishing innocent users like me.

This is completely unjust. A platform that is supposed to provide entertainment has turned into a place where fairness no longer exists, and where genuine user concerns are ignored.

My demand is straightforward: remove my wrongful ban, fix the moderation system so that abusive players are held accountable, and start taking user complaints seriously. Unless WePlay addresses these issues, it cannot be considered a fair or trustworthy platform.
