WePlay User 42488009 Keeps Using Abusive Language and Evading Bans

On the WePlay app, a user with the ID 42488009 has been repeatedly harassing me and other players by using extremely abusive language in chat rooms. This user constantly insults people with very offensive words, making the experience toxic for everyone in the room. His account was previously banned, but he simply created a new one and returned to continue the same abusive behavior.

I reported this situation several times, but no effective solution has been provided. The user even openly says that even if his account is banned again, he will just make another account and keep coming back. Based on his behavior, I suspect he is very young, possibly around 10–12 years old, which makes this situation even more concerning because he should not be allowed to disrupt the platform in this way.

My own WePlay ID is 60573379. Although I don’t have screenshots since the insults usually happen live in chat rooms, I believe the WePlay moderation team can review logs to see the repeated verbal abuse.

I strongly request that WePlay takes strict action against this user, enforces permanent bans, and improves moderation to prevent abusive users from returning with new accounts. This problem needs an urgent solution to protect users from ongoing harassment.
